My name is Alex Percan, I'm 27yrs old, and I graduated from the Faculty of Kinesiology in Split, Croatia. I fell in love with the sport from a young age, I pursued soccer, swimming, and basketball. However, I was a chubby kid growing up until I entered the weight room and started lifting weights and, soon after, discovered and fell in love with the whole new world of fitness.
My main strengths as a coach are conditional preparation of professional athletes, training programs for non-athletes with the main goal of promoting health and movement, and I'm a specialist for functional training.
I've traveled all around the globe (Europe, USA, Asia) and through my travels, I've learned and absorbed the knowledge of bodybuilding, CrossFit, functional training, gymnastics, calisthenics, and Olympic weightlifting from various training experts.
Through the system of trial and error, I've created my own training systems and programs that are very effective and easy to follow, which can confirm my 100+ satisfied clients.
Personally, I don't see training people as my business, but as my love and passion. The fact that every day I get to help people improve mentally and physically fills me with great joy and satisfaction. I'm blessed to do what I love and love what I do.
