Hey! My name is Amanda, I'm a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor with more than a decade behind me in the Industry. Over the years I've helped thousands of people successfully work towards achieving their health and fitness goals. One of my clients ended up loving it so much they went on to open their own gym! I personally, have completed great times in 5k, 10k and half marathon distances; as well as competing in 7 bikini competitions with a highest placing of 3rd. My mantra in order to achieve any body related goal is to find what makes you tick - if you hate it, it just won't get you results you can keep. By training and eating to empower your body, rather than punish it, you can achieve a lifestyle that allows you to achieve the body you want and keep it!
