About me

I am a coach who has been training for more than 13 years. I have done multiple powerlifting meets and have trained for a recreational bodybuilding for more than 10 years. The most important thing about programming is to know the athlete's weaknesses and to avoid overtraining while still pushing it hard and heavy but with enough rotation of exercises so that the joints can recover for the next training session.
