In my Years of Training, i tried every diet from Vegetarian, intermittend fasting, low carb, high carb, Keto and so on. Also, I trained for strength, for hypertrophy and endurance in a individual program. I used to be obese, lost over 30 pounds and now I am the same weight again but with more muscle and less fat.
