My name is Sean Harris I’m a former athlete now fitness influencer. I began working out in the 11th grade consistently for basketball and haven’t stopped since. Once my basketball career was over I wanted to continue in fitness by helping others see the benefits that come from living an healthy-active lifestyle. In 2013 I moved to Los Angeles and began personal training where I worked with many celebrities as well as worked with some of the biggest companies such as Nike, Under Armour, Gatorade, and a few others as a fitness model. Fast forward to 2018 I created my first full body program. It’s an 8 week program comprised workouts that will target every major muscle group through the week with 1-2 rest days. The program also comes with instructional videos demonstrated by me along with a “Clean Eating shopping list” and “Meal Plan” options.
