These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Muscle Madness LLC, doing business as Muscle Madness, regarding use of the website, app, AI coach features, and related services.

By accessing the service, creating an account, starting a free workout, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old (or legal majority in your jurisdiction), unless a lawful youth flow is explicitly provided.
Registration data must be accurate and up to date. You may not use the service in ways that violate applicable law.
Muscle Madness is an AI-enabled fitness coaching service that provides workout suggestions, check-ins, educational content, and coaching-style interactions for general fitness and wellness.
The service is not a doctor, hospital, physical therapist, psychologist, emergency service, or rehabilitation clinic.
Chat and coaching responses may be generated or assisted by automated systems using your profile, activity history, check-ins, and platform rules.
AI outputs may be incomplete, generic, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any recommendation.
Do not rely on the service for diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency guidance.
Stop exercise and seek medical care if warning symptoms occur, including chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, acute pain, numbness, or weakness.
Physical exercise carries inherent risk. You voluntarily choose whether to follow suggestions and must use conservative judgment.
Use proper form, adjust intensity as needed, and stop any movement that feels unsafe for your body or environment.
You are responsible for truthful data about goals, injuries, soreness, recovery, available time, and constraints.
You must check workout details, environment, and equipment before starting and decide whether to start, modify, or stop a session.
You may use the service only for lawful, personal, and authorized purposes.
You may not use the service to generate unsafe, abusive, illegal, self-harm, or harm-to-others content.
You retain ownership of user content you submit, but grant a license required to host, process, secure, support, and improve the service.
Coach personas and generated responses may change over time. A coach persona does not mean a real person is personally coaching you.
Paid features require subscription and may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
Price, interval, renewal behavior, and cancellation path must be shown before checkout.
Free features and introductory workouts can be limited by account, coach, message volume, workout count, plan type, and anti-abuse logic.
You can cancel subscription renewal through account settings or purchase channel. Cancellation usually stops future renewals and does not automatically refund the current paid period.
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, legal/safety risks, or violation of these Terms.
Service software, branding, coach personas, prompts, and interfaces are owned or licensed by Muscle Madness.
No specific fitness outcome is guaranteed. Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.
Terms may be updated over time; continued use after effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.
