Its aimed at people with a knowledge of lifting and general all over good level of fitness who love tough workout sessions that combine HIIT, endurance, functional and weighted workouts. Its designed to improve your conditioning, strength and performance as well as transforming your body so your ready to rock the beach anytime of year

The program is split up into sections, Cardio & HIIT, Functional S & C, & Weight training combining both compound and isolation exercises, along with a warm up activation exercises and cool down stretches. This program allows you to mix up your sessions and plan accordingly to how your body is feeling and to fit it around your daily lives. There are over 12 weeks of workouts that can be done in any order as much or as little as you want.
