Do you get tired seeing the same exercises come up over and over on your training plan? Squat... lunge... push-up... squat... lunge... push-up. This 4 week fat burn program requires no equipment and will teach you some new and interesting exercises to implement into your future training! 

This at home program will give you the tools necessary to strengthen your body and continue your health journey. Each exercise has been carefully selected for optimal fitness, fat burn, and weight loss. No more slow, boring workouts. We train smarter. Each bodyweight workout will be between 25 and 40 minutes in length, focusing on form and mind-muscle connection.

The program is flexible, with 5 training days and 2 rest days each week. While the rest days are placed on Wednesdays and Sundays, they may be moved around to accommodate your busy lifestyle. There is no equipment needed for this program.
