Gaining Strength, Burning Calories without Equipment

Full Body Workout. All of these exercises use bodyweight only. Since we're stuck at home with nothing to do and very few have equipment.  If you do, use it or use household things for weight (gallons of water, the couch, chairs, brooms). Use what you have. Upper and lower body both doing work together. The exercises combine exercises for two different muscle groups back to back, so do two at a time. Very little to no rest.  Have Fun :)
