Full Body 5-day Split

GOAL

Full body 5-day split bodybuilding program.

Full body 5 day split bodybuilding program:

  • Back/bis
  • chest/tris
  • squats/anterior chain
  • deadlifts/posterior chain
  • shoulders.

Can be done at all levels.

It has a few supersets and giant sets. All the tempos for each exercise is prescribed as well to help prevent injury and force control of the lift. All in a Microsoft Excel file for easy modifications.

I leave the space for "weight," empty so that the user can input it. That then changes the difficulty to that of anyone using it.

I am happy to provide videos to anyone who might not understand an exercise.
