Do you use protein?

Every human being uses protein, it's important for muscle building and organ health. If you meant do I use a protein supplement? Then the answer is not very often. I much prefer real food to powdered supplements.

Does your program include anything for legs?

It has both an anterior and posterior chain day for lower body. Lots of legs!
