The goal of this program is to get massive arms.
This workout program is focused only on arms. To get massive arms you need to put big focus on them. The program is based on no 3 days. One day for triceps, one for biceps, and one for both. Take at least 3 days of rest between day 2 and day 3. Days 1 and 2 you can do even day after day.
