This program is not for beginners, it's for experienced lifters who has at least 1 year of experiance! It's designed as a 4-5 sessions per week, with adequate rest. This is a great thing to build both, strength and physique. Athletes would benefit a lot from this program also, but only in off season, since it would be too exausting to do it during season. Right combination of low and moderate volume will give your body unique stress, that will lead to amazing gains. In order to grow your muscles and your strength, you need different variations in lintensity and volume. With this program you will stimulate lot of different muscle fibers types, which will lead to adaptation and growth. I can guarantee you that you will see big improvements after this 4 week cycle.
