  1. After warming up with five minutes of light cardio and dynamic stretching, repeat each exercises two times. Rest for 60 seconds between each exercise. Cool down with three to five minutes of stretching.
  2. Duration of program- 6 days
  3. Day 7- Rest
  4. Workout duration : 10 minutes + rest
