Progressive Full-Body Fitness

GOAL

Progressive Full-Body Fitness is a six week program for the man or woman of any fitness level, pursuing a balanced and fit body from head to toe. It has built in progression, consistency and variety.

Progressive Full-Body Fitness is appropriate for both men and women.  It is beginner friendly but all fitness levels are welcome to benefit as its basic principles can be applied to all.  So if you want a fit and well balanced body that is both strong and beach worthy, this is your plan. 

This is a six week plan that will have you doing resistance and body-weight moves, dynamic and static training, traditional and non-traditional exercises.  You’ll have all you need at any decent gym and many home gyms will be accommodating.  You will need a pull-up bar, bench and dumbbells.  Depending on your individual needs you might also need resistance bands, ankle weights and an exercise mat.

You will get 6 weeks of training with built in progression, consistency and variety.  The plan is in a printer friendly pdf format with space to take notes and track your progress.  The plan comes with instructions, descriptions and free email support from Jamie Ness.  Jamie has spent many years working with a very wide range of clientele, making him well equipped to help you get the most from his work.
