Is it ok for beginners?

Yes, It will work for beginners. I added a two week body warm up witch is specifically for the beginners.This is where you'll Perfect Your Exercise Form while conditioning your muscles and joints. People that regularly workout/exercise would probably skip the first two weeks and just hop right in.
