I’ve created this workout for people who travel a lot for work and don’t have time to workout. With the TRX suspension straps you can take it anywhere with you it fits into a little pouch bag and does not take much space in the luggage. You can mount the TRX in the comfort of your hotel room by hanging it on the door with the door strap, or you can take it outside and tie it to a tree or a pole. You can use the TRX for a full body workout
